By opting into SMS messaging from Henry S. Miller Brokerage- Houston (hereafter referred to as "we," "our," or "the company"), you agree to receive text messages from us regarding property inquiries, lease updates, appointment reminders, and other relevant commercial real estate information.

1. How We Use SMS Messaging
We use SMS messaging to communicate with clients, tenants, and prospects for the following purposes:
• Responding to property inquiries.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Providing updates on property availability and lease terms.
• Sending reminders and follow-ups.
• Sharing market insights and relevant real estate information.

2. Message Frequency
The frequency of messages will vary, but you can expect to receive 2–4 messages per month, depending on your interactions with us.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Once you opt out, you will receive a final confirmation message, and you will no longer receive further SMS messages from us.
